Current plan sizes range from approximately 633 to 1,330 square feet; availability changes regularly. Apartment homes feature modern kitchens with two-tone cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and under-counter wine coolers, plus full-size washers and dryers, wood-plank-style flooring, 9- to 11-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, and organized walk-in closets. Select homes also offer garden tubs or frameless glass walk-in showers.
No. The Gallery at Mills Park does not offer screened-in porches. First-floor homes feature patios, while upper-floor homes feature balconies; select homes offer extended balconies. Please contact the leasing office to confirm the outdoor space for a specific apartment home.

Yes. The Gallery at Mills Park welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. A non-refundable pet fee applies per pet, along with a monthly pet rent.
